Why You Should Sprinkle More Cinnamon...On Anything!

You almost definitely have cinnamon in your spice rack… but when’s the last time you actually used it? Be honest, if it was an apple pie in 2018, we should have a talk.

Here’s the thing, cinnamon is not just for baking — cinnamon can actually help stabilize blood sugar and has been shown to nudge down cholesterol and blood pressure.  


In the study with the most impactful results, people who added about a teaspoon of cinnamon a day saw lower all-day glucose readings after four weeks.  If you have a continuous glucose monitor and you try it, let me know if you see your glucose go down!
