Healthful Pecan Pie

First make the spicy pecans:

1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 tsp. Healthful Coffee Dust
3/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. Water
Mix together and add 2 cups of pecans. Mix well.
For the pie filling:
4 eggs, beaten well
3/4 cup dark Karo syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 T. flour
3 T. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups spicy pecans (bake any pecans remaining for 14 minutes at 350° for a treat!)
Mix all together and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 45-60 minutes (until it stops bubbling)
