No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie with Gingerbread Coffee Dust
This creamy No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie is made with cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, whipped topping, Gingerbread Coffee Dust and a graham cracker crust.
PIE CRUST INGREDIENTS

1.5 cups graham crackers, crushed (about 10 full crackers)

5 tsp melted butter

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp Healthful Coffee Dust
FILLING INGREDIENTS

4 oz cream cheese
-
3/4 cups confectioners’ sugar
-
3/4 tsp Gingerbread Coffee Dust

1/2 cup peanut butter
-
1/2 cup milk
-
8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
DIRECTIONS
- Crush graham crackers using a rolling pin or food processor, add melted butter, sugar and Healthful Coffee Dust. Press into pie plate and chill for 2 hours before filling.
- Beat together cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar and Captain's Coffee Dust. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon into 9 inch graham cracker pie shells. Cover and freeze until firm. Takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from freezer and allow pie to soften for 10 minutes.
- Slice and Enjoy!
