Hot Momma Spiced Pecans

Momma Clement comes through with another FABULOUS recipe.  We gave these away at the Tampa Bay Chocolate Festival this past weekend - everyone thought we should be selling them!  We're going to stick to our tried and true Coffee Dust, but here's the super simple recipe so you can make your own:



Combine the sugar, Hot Momma Coffee Dust, salt and water until mixed completely.  Add in pecans, mixing to coat them thoroughly.  Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.  Bake for 13 min at 350F for 13 minutes.  When done, immediately slide the parchment paper off the cookie sheet to stop cooking. Cool and store in a covered container

Pro tips:

  • Collect all the extra bits and add them to your coffee tomorrow - yum!!! 
  • Don't have Hot Momma?  These are also great with Captain's and Spicy Papa Coffee Dusts! (frankly, we think you could use any flavor, but these are the ones we've vetted so far!)
